What personal data do we process?
The name, email address, optional phone number and message submitted through our contact form. We do not request sensitive personal data.
Why do we process your data?
We respond to enquiries, assess potential assignments and handle related communications. Processing is based on legitimate interests or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Contact form service and data transfers
Our contact form uses the third-party FormSubmit service to deliver messages to our email inbox. The provider’s possible international data transfers and retention periods should be reviewed. You may also email us directly at ville@battleduck.fi.
Data retention
We retain messages only as long as needed to respond to enquiries, manage customer relationships or meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and object to processing as allowed by applicable law. You can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
